If a package is refused or returned (without authorization) to us for any reason other than a mistake on our part, you will need to pay the shipping cost for the item to be re-shipped to you. You are responsible for contacting us to let us know that the package is in transit to us and that you would like to have the package re-shipped. If a package is returned to us without authorization and is not claimed within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your purchase price, minus a 15% restocking fee and minus any original shipping fees.
