How to Submit a Fundraising Idea

Fundraising ideas should be original and relate to some type of "cause related" fundraising.  If necessary, you should detail how the fundraiser works, what will be needed, how much time to allow, etc.  Only submissions that are complete and well thought out will be considered for publication on the site and a gift coupon.  If your submission is chosen to appear on the site, then you will be awarded either a $10, $15, or $20 gift coupon to our store.  The amount of the coupon will be based on the quality of your submission as judged by our staff.  You may have your name appear as the author of the idea on our site if you wish; otherwise no names will be listed to protect our customers privacy.  You will also be provided a direct link to your idea so that you can share it with others.  Your idea may contain references to Palmetto Fundraising products, but may NOT reference another company's product.  For example, this is not acceptable (unless the reference is to a Palmetto Fundraising product):

"Use the Widget from FakeCompany.com to sell at your event."

However, it is acceptable to reference generic products like this:

"You may want to sell cotton candy to raise funds at this event."

How to Submit a Success Story

We are always excited to hear a success story concerning our products.  You can submit your fundraising success story to us by emailing it to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .  All stories should be original and be related to some type of "cause related" fundraising.  Success stories may contain references to Palmetto Fundraising products, but not to any fundraising product offered by another company.  For examples, read the section above on how to submit a fundraising idea.  Where possible, provide specific details about your event or fundraising campaign.  You may wish to include how much money you raised, how many people you had to participate, how many fundraising items you sold, etc.  The goal is to motivate others who read your story to join your cause and begin their own fundraising campaigns!
